Blyvoor Gold Offtake

Blyvoor is a brownfield underground gold mine in the Carletonville gold field of South Africa and was once named the richest gold mine in the world. The mine restarted operations in late 2020 with a view to ramping up to over 300koz p.a. In January of this year, 2023, Blyvoor secured approval for solar energy project to supply mine with clean energy where possible to the project.
