Production
Trident owns an offtake for 35% of the gold produced at Equinox Gold Corp.’s Riacho Dos Machados (“RDM”) mine. The offtake has a cumulative cap of 658,333 ounces which can be delivered into from RDM or Trident’s offtakes over Equinox’s Fazenda Brasileiro and Santa Luz mines.
RDM is a producing open pit gold mine which commenced modern production in 2014. The RDM deposit was discovered in 1986 and operated as an open-pit heap leach mine until 1997. Operations recommenced with a carbon-in-leach plant in early 2014, and the project currently produces around 60,000ozpy of gold.
